Working with the Portal as a Manager

Introduction for Managers

This dashboard supports you as a manager in recognizing, understanding, and deriving targeted measures for psychological stress in your area of responsibility. It bundles complex evaluation data in a structured interface and enables you to have an evidence-based reflection on working conditions in your team or department.

The system is based on an intelligent data structure that allows both a quick overview and deep diving into detail data. You can flexibly filter, identify critical areas, and derive or prepare concrete measures based on the question responses.

Contents of this Documentation

  • The Data Model explains how responses from the risk assessment are stored and sorted into topic areas, chapters, and factors.
  • The Organization Filter section shows you how to select your organizational unit and set filters correctly. This enables group comparisons, especially in larger areas.
  • In Deep Diving you learn how to navigate from the category view to individual questions and where you can recognize the need for action.
  • The Question Overview allows you to display open text responses.
  • Under Notes you can note your thoughts and insights during deep diving.
  • The Workflow explains how you can draw insights from the data and convert them into measure suggestions and tasks.

📌 Note: If you're working with the dashboard for the first time, it's best to start with the Data Model and Organization Filter before dealing with detailed evaluations or measures.
